For our XXX project, we considered multiple potential deal partners and chose Dispatch Energy because of their reputation for certainty and ease of transaction. Throughout the process, Dispatch displayed commitment, creativity and real know-how to resolve sticking points efficiently and effectively. The team’s eye for detail and understanding of what it takes to successfully develop projects make Dispatch an ideal partner, and we certainly plan to re-engage them for future projects.

Bridge Credit

Retain Control and Clear the Avenue to Acquisition with Dispatch’s Bridge Credit Service

Dispatch Energy offers a flexible and developer-aligned solution for early-stage distributed energy projects facing credit posting requirements. Our Letter of Credit (“LC”) Bridge + Purchase Option structure allows qualified developers to continue advancing projects toward Notice to Proceed (“NTP”), while minimizing capital diversion and maintaining control through the asset’s sale.

Dispatch recently launched an administratively light structure with a third-party developer that satisfies offtaker requirements without tying up limited balance sheet resources and clearing way for a milestone-based, pathway to acquisition.
